In this season Larry is up for a social cause, doesn’t make a difference if he’s willing or out of guilt he offers help. Larry’s friend comedian Richard Lewis is not in good health and urgently needs a kidney. Larry out of guilt promises his friend that if he won’t be able to find any donator on time, he will, donate his own kidney. But later when he thinks on it he repents his decision. The season covers out on the details of how Larry looks for a donator to save his kidney.
His search leads to many ridiculous scenes, making the audiences laugh. Ultimately when not able to find any donator he has to under go an operation for his friend. It is during the operation that Larry dies and he arrives in heaven. Due to certain unavoidable anger by Larry, the angels decide to send him back to earth. Here is Larry back on earth for you and alive. Now Larry has had another experience of heaven, how will it affect his life or will it in anyways. Anyways the season ends with Larry back on earth.
